Stars Above rates are $200 for the first planetarium program (includes time needed for onsite set up and break down) and $100 for each additional program on the same day (see table below).

Travel Fees are additional and include travel time. The first hour of round trip travel from Stars Above headquarters is free. After that, our travel fees are a flat rate of $60.00 per hour to your location from Haydenville, MA, prorated to the nearest quarter hour.
Some private events may also have an additional fee for space rental. We have a number of sites in our local area that we can reserve with a cost of around $50 for two hours.
Programs are 30-45 minutes in length, so we plan for 45-60 minutes per group to include transition times. The maximum number of planetarium programs that we can provide in one day is six, given travel, set up, and break down times. We can provide discounted rates for consecutive days of programming to accommodate larger school communities.
For our school partners, we work with PTOs and apply for local grants in order to bring our programs to your community.
